Simple to use, just cut out each design with scissors, remove film, position the tattoo then press down on the skin with a damp cloth and allow to set before peeling. See below for a video.
It's important to note that these tattoos really do "ping" in UV light. There are plenty of tattoos claiming to be neon but they just don't cut it!
